Carroll Community College Offers Children's
Summer Performing Arts Series
The Child Development Center at Carroll Community College is proud to present for the sixth year the Children's Summer Performing Arts Series in the Theater in the Scott Center. Children age three and older and their families are encouraged to attend both events.
The first event, the Unified Jazz Ensemble, will be held on July 24 at 10 a.m. While highlighting jazz musicians, the performance draws correlations between rhythm, math, music, and memory, with an emphasis on improvisation and teamwork.
On July 31 at 10 a.m., the Mom and Me Show will be performed. The show features award-winning children's music written and performed by Rosanne Fraley and her daughter Megan.
A subscription ticket for both performances is available for $10 per person. Tickets to each individual performance are $6 each. Proceeds are used to support the Child Development Center at Carroll Community College.
