Encore Community Music Association Performs at Carroll Community College

Westminster, Md., April 27, 2009-Encore Community Music Association will perform a free concert on Thursday, May 14 at 7 p.m. in the Theater in the Scott Center at Carroll Community College. A second performance will take place on Sunday, May 17 at 3 p.m. For more information, call 410-386-8575.
