Jamon Bailey

Jamon Bailey is a facilitator and leadership coach who helps leaders and teams build sustainable success without losing themselves in the process. With more than two decades of experience in high-stakes environments—from the Marine Corps to complex organizational settings—he is known for his grounded presence and ability to bring clarity to moments of pressure. 

His work blends leadership science with coaching, focusing on emotional regulation, coach-centric leadership, and practical application. He helps leaders move from reacting to responding, develop their teams instead of over-functioning, and turn insight into consistent practice.

A PCC-credentialed ICF coach and certified facilitator in DiSC, Working Genius, Crucial Learning, and LUMA Human-Centered Design, Jamon brings a calm, steady presence to every room. He is guided by a simple principle: when people feel seen and supported, they do their best work.

Paul Hylenski

Paul Hylenski is a Marine Corps veteran, executive coach, and AI entrepreneur focused on helping individuals and organizations unlock performance through environment-driven leadership and practical AI application. As the Founder and CEO of Quantum Leap Academy, he works with construction leaders and business professionals to improve communication, emotional intelligence, and personal influence, translating directly into stronger teams and better results. 

He is also the Founder and CEO of Vet Mentor AI, an innovative platform built to help veterans navigate and secure their VA disability benefits using advanced AI tools, including virtual assistants, claim optimization systems, and guided support experiences. 

Paul has written five books (including two bestsellers), delivered four TEDx Talks, and built multiple successful AI-driven companies. His work centers on one core belief: when you engineer the right environment, performance follows.

Mia Jackson

Mia Jackson is a human resources and organizational development leader with over 30 years of experience across industries including behavioral health, research and development, hospitality, telecommunications, and physical security. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Master’s of Arts in Human Resources Management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She also served for nine years as an adjunct instructor at Johns Hopkins University, teaching management courses in the Engineering Master’s program and bringing real-world application into the classroom.

Throughout her career, Mia has been a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels from early-career professionals to C-suite leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive meaningful impact. Her expertise spans organizational development, talent and leadership development, compensation, recruiting, benefits, and employee engagement. She has designed and delivered professional development programs that strengthen individuals and organizations.

Mia believes that learning is a continuous journey and that development should be adaptable, meeting learners where they are. Her core strengths include outstanding communication skills, a receptiveness to diverse perspectives, and a strong dedication to nurturing and developing talent. She also excels in building collaborative relationships, thinking strategically to drive meaningful outcomes, and fostering inclusive environments where individuals feel empowered to grow and contribute.


Jason Jones Business Solutions Headshot Carroll Community College

Jason S. Jones

Jason S. Jones works with supervisors, managers, and leadership teams who are responsible for leading others through real workplace challenges. He has facilitated leadership development programs across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, government, higher education, and professional services, and is often brought in to support teams working through complex people and performance issues. Much of his work focuses on individuals who have stepped into leadership roles without much formal preparation, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to lead people effectively. 

His areas of expertise include leadership development, workplace communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and building accountability within teams. He also incorporates tools such as DiSC assessments and 360 feedback to help leaders better understand themselves and how they are experienced by others. In both group sessions and one-on-one coaching, Jason focuses on helping leaders work through real situations—managing performance, handling difficult conversations, and leading through change in a practical and effective way.

Jason is known for a practical, discussion-based approach that reflects what people are actually dealing with at work. He creates an environment where participants can be open about challenges, learn from one another, and leave with strategies they can apply immediately. He believes organizations perform best when they invest in their people, and his work is grounded in helping leaders build confidence, strengthen relationships, and contribute more effectively to their teams.


Suzanne Kondner Business Solutions Headshot Carroll Community College

Suzanne Kondner

Suzanne Kondner is a certified instructor for national firms in customer service, sales, performance management, and motivation. She has taught programs throughout the U.S. for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. Suzanne also is an adjunct faculty member for several colleges.

For more than 20 years, Suzanne has designed and delivered lively and effective programs in a wide variety of areas. She can develop programs on new topics to meet an organization’s particular needs, and she is able to customize existing course material to include specific client-related examples.

Suzanne has held positions in major corporations where she supervised up to 10 staff both exempt and non-exempt; managed a large department budget; designed and implemented an employee incentive program; interviewed, hired, and fired personnel; and completed several terms as a board member of the American Institute of Banking.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore, an Associate of Arts degree from Baltimore City Community College, and a diploma from the American Institute of Banking. She continues to study in related fields.

Janet Ladd

Janet Ladd, PCC, SPHR, NBC-HWC, is an organizational development consultant and coach who works with leaders, teams, and individuals to strengthen performance through leadership and workforce development, coaching, and organizational consulting. Her approach is practical and human-centered, grounded in the understanding that well-being is a key driver of performance—shaping how people lead, make decisions, and sustain effectiveness under pressure. This perspective is informed by her background as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and her ongoing training in clinical mental health counseling.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning human resources, consulting, and workforce and leadership development, Janet has worked with organizations across corporate, public sector, nonprofit, and academic settings. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her work includes executive coaching and 360-degree feedback with senior leaders, as well as broader workforce development initiatives across all levels of the organization. Janet is a certified practitioner of Everything DiSC®, Conflict Dynamics Profile®, and Five Behaviors™ of a Cohesive Team and is authorized to administer and deliver these assessments as part of leadership and team development initiatives.

Chris Lindstrom

Chris Lindstrom is the founder and managing partner at Maryland based Ceptara Corporation. Ceptara helps organizations grow revenues, reduce costs, and delight customers through management consulting, Lean Six Sigma training, and personal productivity tools.

Chris has more than 35 years of management consulting and training experience with commercial companies such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Microsoft, and Boeing. He also has extensive government experience including the states of Pennsylvania and South Dakota, and federal experience with the U.S. Army. He has helped organizations in the areas of organizational strategy for growth and cost reduction, product and service design, supply chain management, software engineering, and process engineering. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Master Black Belt. He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) senior member and former board member of the Seattle ASQ section. He has a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina with an emphasis in neural networks and artificial intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.

Mike Manion

Mike Manion’s core competency is facilitating executive leadership cohorts that transform each leader individually and the team collectively to accomplish their strategic objectives and enrich their lives.

Mike has spent much of his career at the National Security Agency, teaching at the National Cryptologic School where he is also periodically assigned to the Office of Naval Intelligence and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. In the private sector, he has held management positions ranging from frontline supervisor at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company (UniFirst) to Mid-Atlantic Director for a national CEO membership organization (Vistage) to Managing Partner at a national staffing company (Cerius).

Mike has spent years facilitating leadership cohorts in state government, with its unique culture, constraints, and public service ethos.

Debby Neely

Growing up surrounded by Zig Ziglar books and observing her father in leadership, Debby Neely developed a lifelong passion for serving others. This foundation led her to various leadership roles, eventually becoming a professional leadership coach and facilitator. After three decades of experience at a Fortune 50 company, including management, coaching, and developing leaders at every level, she now enjoys supporting leaders at all levels across diverse industries specializing in driving results, managing role transitions, succession planning, and helping individuals realize their full potential. Debby believes that leaders need a supportive environment to be who they are meant to be. She understands that genuine progress occurs when leaders focus on their whole selves.

Debby achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation, co-authored the best-selling book, The Word on Coaching, and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Professional Communication Styles Inventory (PCSI).

Debby’s life is enriched by her outgoing rescue dog, Bentley, who reminds her daily of the importance of finding joy and sharing it with others. She enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, and learning new things. Debby takes pride in being a Reiki master, which allows her to support others in managing their energy and has brought greater balance and personal fulfillment to her own life.

Joe Paschal

Joe Paschal is the founder of JB Paschal Consulting, where he partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve team performance, and build healthier workplace culture. His approach is practical by design. Every session is built to turn insight into action, using tools like The Six Types of Working Genius.

Joe brings two decades of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including serving as U.S. Director of Operations at World Relief where he oversaw a national network of offices. He continues to serve in senior leadership at LifePoint Church, a 1,200-member congregation in Maryland, with responsibilities spanning staff development, strategic planning, budgeting, and community engagement. He also chairs the board of a nonprofit organization.

His training style is grounded in real-world application. Whether leading a team assessment workshop or coaching individual leaders, Joe focuses on giving participants tools they can put to work immediately, not just ideas to think about.
