Travel and Study for College Credit
Carroll students can earn up to 3 credits in one of several disciplines. With the help of a faculty mentor, students choose a topic of special interest to study on site. Course requirements may include reading texts, viewing films, journaling, writing an essay and giving a presentation.
Those who travel for college credit must enroll in and pay for a travel study course: HUM or ENGL-160.
Travel for Fun
Students, faculty, staff and community members can travel as Lifelong Learning students. This trip is open to everyone, including family members. Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied and completely supervised by an adult family member. The cost to register as a Lifelong Learning student is $25.

- Garmisch-Parenkirchen (winter sports resort)
