The Career Center offers multiple sources to connect with employers:
- Carroll Job Fair—Takes place every Spring in the Great Hall. A list of participating employers is listed closer to the date.
- Healthcare Career Fair – every Spring for all students interested in healthcare, including those exploring allied healthcare pathways
- Employers on Campus – each semester, recruiters from various industries table in the café. Look for updates in the weekly CLAW, social media, and on campus
- Site Visits – get off campus and visit local businesses and organizations, connect with professionals, and explore various career paths

- College Recruiter – For students and recent graduates for part-time, seasonal, internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level jobs
- America’s Job Bank—National clearinghouse for the public Employment Service. Updated daily with new listings.
- StudentJobs.gov—Information on federal co-ops, internships, summer employment, the Outstanding Scholars Program and volunteer opportunities, as well as plenty of temporary and permanent part-time and full-time jobs.
- AmeriCorps—Internships and employment opportunities in nonprofit agencies.
- Idealist—Employment opportunities in environmental, advocacy and nonprofit agencies.
- Diversity Jobs – for diversity-driven job seekers and employers to find each other.

- Do not attend an interview in a private residence.
- Beware of ads that offer large salaries for almost no work.
- Avoid companies offering jobs without an interview.
- Beware of a company that wants money for training, application fees, etc.
- Do not release bank or financial information to a company.
- Companies should not send payment in advance of work.
