The Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Carroll Community College* provides advising, training, and resources for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and existing small businesses throughout our region at low to no cost.

Pathways to Entrepreneurship
Turn your business idea into a reality with Carroll’s Pathways to Entrepreneurship program, a hands-on training experience that combines self-paced online learning with expert guidance to help you build a clear business concept and professional business plan.
Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, the program provides practical skills, personalized support, and industry-recognized certification to launch and grow your venture with confidence.
Includes 1-on-1 consultation with an SBDC rep. Up to 100% of the course cost may be covered by the Ratcliffe Works Grant.
