Campus Alert

Core prevention strategies are essential practices recommended for everyone. They provide a foundation of protection for you, your loved ones, and the college community. The college recommends following CDC guidance for prevention and preventing the spread of respiratory illnesses:

Do not come to campus, or leave campus if already here, if you:

  1. Have a temperature reading of 100.4 or higher; or
  2. Test Positive for COVID-19 and are symptomatic; or
  3. Have symptoms of Respiratory Illness or other unexplained illness including but not limited to the following:
    • Chills
    • Unexplained Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • FatigueMuscle or body aches
    • Unexplained Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Unexplained Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea

You may return to campus when you:  

  1. Are fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication; or,
  2. Symptoms have resolved.
